Overview#
The Quality Assurance Monitoring Framework (QAMF) defines how the performance of minigrid projects is measured, monitored, and verified within the AMP Digital Platform. It provides a standardized set of indicators and processes that ensure data is reliable, consistent, and useful for decision-making.
Purpose of the QAMF#
The QAMF is designed to:
Ensure consist monitoring of all minigrid projects
Provide standard indicators for perfomance measurement
Support data-driven decision-making
Enable transparent verification of results
Facilitate Result Based Financing (RBF) payments
