The Quality Assurance Monitoring Framework (QAMF) defines how the performance of minigrid 
projects is measured, monitored, and verified within the AMP Digital Platform. It provides a standardized set of 
indicators and processes that ensure data is reliable, consistent, and useful for decision-making.

Purpose of the QAMF

The QAMF is designed to:

* Ensure **consist monitoring** of all minigrid projects
* Provide **standard indicators** for perfomance measurement
* Support **data-driven** decision-making
* Enable **transparent verification** of results
* Facilitate **Result Based Financing (RBF)** payments
